The Pajaro Preparatory Academy  will be a California public charter school providing tuition-free public education
open to all students regardless of language, race, nationality or socio-economic status.  Our purpose is to close the achievement gap for the most under-served and under-achieving students in California. We will use new learning platforms and systems and ongoing innovation to meet the specialized needs of our target population.

Our business model  uses state and federal public school funding streams to completely support the operations and sustainability of our schools. Our capital campaign is specifically for start-up expenses and to create a reserve fund for special projects and an eventual new school building. Our fundraising efforts  will not be a yearly function, but instead a one-time drive now, and in Year 6  when we outgrow the current location for our first school, the Pajaro Preparatory Academy and will need a new facility.  All donations and sponsorships will be fully tax deductible and will be recognized in several unique ways by the school and parent community.             To be part of our founding capital campaign, make a donation, sponsor a program (like the computer lab, art program or music program) or support our efforts in any o ther way, please contact Mitch at:

Note: The  non-profit filing status for ConnectedSchools Public Education, parent organization of Pajaro Prep is currently in process. Due to backlogs, the process is taking longer than expected. Our organizing date is March 24th 2011 and we are requesting a backdate for both our incorporation and 501 (c)(3) status. Upon approval, all donations and pledges received are fully tax-deductible.
